BCPT is on hiatus. Subscribe to email updates for news on a rescheduled event. 2011 Results The third annual Boston Crossword Puzzle Tournament was held April 23, 2011 at Harvard University, with over 150 participants from the Harvard community and the general public. Congratulations to Jeffrey Schwartz, winner of the 3rd annual BCPT, and to Matt Matera and Jan O'Sullivan, our 2nd and 3rd place finalists in the overall division. Wendy Irwin and Laura Thompson won the pairs division, and Rachel Chasin placed first in the Harvard undergraduate division. Special thanks to Will Shortz, the five Boston-area constructors who made the puzzles and came to the event, our hardworking volunteers, prize donors, and all the participants who made the tournament a great success.
