Admission is free at the door for anyone wishing to solve the puzzles just for fun, not to compete. Puzzles of non-competitors will not be scored.
Those wishing to compete in the tournament must obtain an ADVANCE ticket from the Harvard Box Office. Please arrive no later than 12:30 p.m. to present your tickets at the door and sign in. Tickets will not be available at the door.
Divisions
You may compete by yourself in the individual divisions (Harvard undergraduate and overall), or with a friend in the pair-solving division. A pair-solving team only needs one ticket between them - we will register both names at the door (you will be asked to provide one of the names when obtaining your ticket). Division registration will be on site; you do not need to inform the box office when you get your ticket.
Tickets for the Harvard Community
Tickets for tournament registration are free for anyone with a current, valid Harvard ID. Obtain them in person from the Harvard Box Office, Wednesday through Sunday from 12 noon to 6 p.m.
Tickets for the General Public
- Buy in person: Tickets are $10 with no service fee if purchased in person at the Harvard Box Office (Wednesday-Sunday, 12 noon to 6 p.m.).
- Online sales: Tickets are $10 plus a box office fee of $1.75 per ticket and $5.00 per order. Visit the box office event listing and click the Buy Online link.
- Phone orders: Tickets are $10 plus a box office service fee of $4 per ticket. Call 617.496.2222 during box office hours.
PLEASE NOTE: You must secure a ticket in advance in order to compete in the tournament. No ticket is required to attend the event and do the puzzles for fun only -- simply show up at the door.
